Fred.Olsen Cruise Lines - Boudicca

Just return from a short 5 day cruise on the Fred.Olsen Cruise Lines Boudicca. The cruise line while owned by a family in Norway, is based in England and has very english passengers. I wouldn't say not totally unlike any US based cruiseline, but many many differences.

The ship is actually an older ship built in the early 1970's. It's a smaller ship holding just around 800 passengers. Nice Cabins, not stuffy and not totally to small, but just right. I got lucky and had a cabin to myself, but even with 2 people it would have been fine.

The food is definately English. Traditional English Breakfast (sausages, kippers, cooked tomatoes. those types of things).

Lunch was really good and so was dinner. the shows left a little to be desired but overall pretty good. Great Comedian/magician on our last night.

Overall really good experience.
